TALENT ACQUISITION, RETENTION AND EXIT

Responsible for carrying out the Recruitment, On boarding and Exit process

Work with the AVP Sales & Operations to identify the requirements in terms of recruitment for each cluster.

Handle essential recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews.

Co-ordinate with agencies to carry out thorough background verification checks for all the candidates as per set guidelines.

Ensure on-boarding, documentation and induction of all new employees

Plan and Conduct Induction or Orientation program for new joined employees

Explain about the organization and its policies, working, departments, hierarchy, norms and structure.

Work with the AVP Sales and Operations as well as Cluster Head Operations to help in talent retention.

Ensure full and final settlement is done to the exiting employees including payments, severance and documentation.

SALARY AND COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT

• Supervise salary through payroll software.

• Managing monthly salary data of employees

• Managing Performance appraisals, Increments and update salary sheet as per the respective changes.

• Prepare Promotion letters and Increment letters and maintain updated documents in records.

• Prepare Salary Breakups.

• Supervision of submission of Statutory reports on monthly, half yearly and annual basis. EXIT FORMALITIES

• Conduct Exit Interviews and discuss the grievances to retain potential employees.

• Creating and processing full and final settlement by considering notice period and pending dues factors on the basis of agreed appointment terms.

• Prepare and issue relieving letter and work certificate.

• Maintain Ex-employees record.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

• Representing as a single window for all employees’ issues / grievances.

• Coordinating & Keeping track of all welfare related activities for the employees.
