oWorking With Software marg.

oReceipt, Storage &handling of Raw Materials & Packing Materials from different Vendors and Verification as per Challan / Invoice.

oPreparation of GRN/MRN for RM&PM

oTo prepare Daily Receipts Reports of materials received RM Other and forward it to all Concerns.

oBalance Calibration &Verification records, Area cleaning Records etc.

oEnsure the procedure to transfer Materials to under test area (Quarantine Area) after Receiving &from Under test to Approved Area according to their storage condition.

oEnsure timely Sampling and Release of RM by Coordination with QC Deptt

oEnsure to transfer the materials sampled by QC along with approved status ensure transfer it to Rejected Material Room.

oTo generate stock statement on Daily, weekly &Monthly Basis.

oResponsible to generate shortage of Raw & Packing Materials through present available stock against production planning.

oResponsible to prepare Purchase Orders /Indents of Raw &Packing Materials and other Essential items and forward to purchase Dep’s as per requirement.

oEnsure Working according to FEFO (RM) FIFO (PM)

oTo Ensure Line Clearance of Dispensing Area.

oTo Check Cleaning-ness /Status of Dispensing Area, Equipment, Utensils, Dispensing Booth etc.

oHandling of all Dispensing Activities (Tablets, Capsules, Liquid, Ointment and,Dry Syp)

oTo prepare RGP & NRGP of outgoing materials as per system.

oMaintaining the raw material record.

oMaintaining the raw material store as per SOP
