Report to operational and maintenance in chief as soon as any quality deterioration is detected to undertake necessary action. In case serious problems, communicate top management.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on quality and testing issues.
Train up the staff continuously with motivation scheme.
Maintain good relationship with the members of QC department and another department also.
