Troubleshooted and successfully cutover/RFS a project that "was moved/delayed a number of times, had out-of-scope items, had a number of major defects, and where its operational support was not fully prepared to take in the coming launch.” Managed two Globe Project Managers (infra PM and IT PM) and two Vendors, the project is about deployment of free and paid WiFi service portal, network infrastructure, and video accelerator/caching mechanism to speed up video downloading to Globe selected partner sites so partner' clients can initially use free WiFi for a limited time and will an option to purchase additional WiFi time/cap when it want too.
Project: Migration of Existing Portals to Content Management System Platform (UX)
