To lead and provide high quality operational and technical application and systems support to Landmark customers and internal business functions on day to day basis. Support Team Leader is expected to be the owner of the ‘problem management’ process. Minimizing the adverse impact of incidents and problems on the business (internal and external) and preventing reoccurrence of any such incidents. LAN/ Infrastructure Administration

1. Maintenance of ACTIVE DIRECTORY with Responsibilities to Add, Remove or Disable and to provide certain Level Restriction and Privilege to users with accordance to the Norm of Company Policies.

2. Apply upgrades, patches, firmware updates, and modification of configurations as necessary for optimal performance of the hardware.

3. Install and maintain monitoring tools and monitor for and respond to conditions that would prevent the proper operations of the server environment.

4. Install, configure and manage operating systems on servers (e.g. esxi, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 and windows Server 2016).

5. Diagnose and repair of problems with the hardware, software, and configuration of servers and associated operating systems.

6. Review new releases of patches, updates, firmware, operating system software and utilities, etc. and evaluate their impact on AIMS systems.

7. Install and manage application services on servers including MS SQL, Oracle, SharePoint 2013, SCCM 2012, IIS, HyperV, Microsoft file and print share. 8. Manage Vlans, assign IP addresses and create firewall rules that allow applications to communicate with each other and with customers as appropriate. 9. Perform system administration duties for complex systems that impact departments campus wide such as shutting down and rebooting servers, applications and databases; adding or deleting user accounts; creating databases and websites; moving applications into production; performing and verifying backups and restores; checking event logs daily; communicating issues to other staff; resolving identified issues; planning, and implementing patch and version upgrades; maximizing the performance of our applications and servers.

10. Review information on new releases of application system software. Document their applicability for and impact on AIMS computing environment. Apply patches, install upgrades, adjust system parameters, etc., as needed, and test performance and technical compliance in a test environment. Test functionality with business process impact with local system administrators. Coordinate the delivery of this software with campus departments and software vendors. 11. Perform administration for the Microsoft Server based file-and-print infrastructure (i.e. file servers, print servers, print queues, active directory, etc.). 12. Perform security setup, maintenance and policy recommendations for operating systems, databases, and applications.

13. Monitor usage, manage performance and capacity of infrastructure and report issues to management. 14. Add, modify, and remove users of the servers and applications and maintain appropriate access rights, disk allocation, and login scripts.

15. Implement backup and archive policies in back systems as defined by customers. Periodically verify recovery processes. Perform file, application and system restores. 16. Assist in disaster recovery planning and implement and maintain disaster recovery procedures. 17. Produce appropriate reports required for effective service management, such as outage reports, usage reports, and inventory lists.

18. Provide technical consulting and support of complex systems of hardware and software at the Division level up to Campus level.

Technical: Technical skills are essential to ensure the website performs correctly and presents information in the correct format to the maximum number of users. Webmasters test website content using different types of browser or operating systems.
