Charging food and beverages prices including VAT as written in the function sheet

Welcoming and introducing myself to the client before the function starts

Doing signage for all hosted events

Writing reports to the management about the function I was hosting

Doing function briefing to waitrons for them to deliver a good service as expected and allocating them to their sections

Using the system EBMS to check and print out functions details, floor plans, programme, signage and single day planning

Contacting with the clients to confirm his/her requests about the function

Maintain a clean work area at all times and reset for the next event

Do breakdown after the function and ensure all items used go back to their proper locations and leave the room in a good condition

Pastry Kitchen

Prepare dessert garnishes as per chef instruction

Bake for coffee shop based on what they ordered

Maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the kitchen as I understand the importance of kitchen hygiene

Help chefs in baking activities ( by collecting ingredient, bake genoise, do creaming) do all the light thing to assist
