I am a dedicated young lady with exemplary service in hospitality industry. I am a Durban University of Technology graduate in Hospitality Management who is committed to provide helpful, fast and exceptional service to meet guests and clients demands. Amongst these departments I worked in housekeeping, switchboard, concierge, reception and reservations.
Duties:
Processing reservations
Doing weekly arrivals list in detail to ensure all requests have been followed up on, and all rooms are allocated
Doing guests checking-ins and check-outs

Make lunch reservations, assist in tour bookings and book guests transport
