I am responsible for safe operation of Naphtha Cracking Furnace, Ethane Cracking Furnace,

Fuel Gas System,

Hot oil Circulation,

Dilution Steam Generation area,

LP Steam area,

Waste Heat area,

Condensate Polishing Area,

Steam Super heater

Pumps, Turbines.

Chemical Injection,

I have also worked in Cold side of Ethylene Plant comprising process equipments like gas dryers,

Chilling train.De-Methaniser, De-Ethaniser, C2 Splitter, De-Propaniser, De-Butaniser, Ethylene & Propylene

Refrigeration Compressors,

Charge Gas Compressors.

I am responsible for safe Start up / Shut-down / Emergency Operation of field process equipments.

Well Conversant with work permit for maintenance.

Giving Training to fresh operators. Well Conversant with SOP. Writing shift log-sheets, shift log book.
