Established CEO’s office for the India JV since inception and the complete spectrum of responsibilities include Global management of relationships HSBC worldwide, along with Administrative Decision Responsibility, Guest & Service Partner Relationship Management, Internal Procurement & Logistics, Regulator Responsibility, Specialised Projects, Management Information, People Leadership & Personal Initiative and Result Orientation. The objectives are to ensure smooth facilitation office management, organically contributing to the leadership role of the senior leaders of the organisation over and above assisting the CEO, foster smooth environment for internal dynamics of the organisation especially in reference to key personnel and critical entities as members of the Board, independent directors and shareholders, incessant engagement with current and next in leaders to sustain healthy relationship strength for the organisation to minimise its risks and ensure availability of economic, functional and psychological support, and to ultimately contribute to the profitability and growth of the venture.
