Double site head count from 30 to 65 individuals within 4 months by procuring new business.

Procure and implement new VAS kitting operation. Added addendum to contract with new pricing and SOW.

CEVA Logistics, McDonough/Cornelia/Athens, GA, 2005-2015

General Manager I – Ecolab Chemicals/Ethicon Medical Supplies, 2012-2015

Manage three sites with $60,000,000+ in inventories and revenues of 280 million+ with Full P&L responsibilities.

Procure additional volume resulting in 20% YoY growth while adding no additional assets.

Increase monthly margin from 3.82% to 10%. Exceeded every monthly and quarterly financial budget.

Exceed Ecolab, Ethicon, and CEVA’s EPM target and achieved all safety goals at each site.

Re-negotiate financial and operation aspects of all contractual agreements.
