Experience in document control, document imaging, document archiving and maintenance of electronic and physical documents.

Responsible for receiving, circulating and recording all incoming and outgoing documents, emails and hand deliveries.

Provide engineering & construction document management support to Client & project sites by preparing, distributing & controlling documents as per electronic document management system

(EDMS) procedures.

Ensuring sequential numbering system in each and every outgoing/ incoming correspondence.

Ensuring quality formats being used adequately for correspondences, submittals, transmittals,NCR,MIR,RFI etc. to clients, consultants, subcontractors and within divisions and departments.
