Identify, diagnose and resolve operational issues & Operational planning problems within deadlines.

Effective implementation of Pull & Push Production system, Manpower Handling, cycle time, lead time, Capacity Planning.

Preparation of the Monthly Planning according to the Priority valve list and delivery Schedule

Review productivity by conducting Production Review Meeting & ERM.
