1997-present Plant Manager and Manufacturing Manager Parex USA /(Elite Building Products acquisition)

Directed company changeover from manual to computerized batching system. Instrumental in change-over and training of personnel from manual to robotic bag palletizing Material manager and purchaser of raw materials utilizing JD Edwards MRP software. Scheduled production according to stockage levels, special orders and customers requirements, utilizing JD Edwards MRP software

Supervise production to ensure proper Bill of Materials and batching instructions are followed. Established plant safety in accordance with corporate standards to meet OSHA requirements. Plant certified in ISO 18001 Safety.

Implemented lean processing and the 5S program.
