Wing Re-Compete Acquisition Plan
Selected to lead an AETC-directed evaluation of the entire base-wide, umbrella contract (operations and support). Led 15-member team for all source selection re-compete processes (including pre-solicitation, solicitation, contract formation, evaluation, negotiation, award and administration). Accordingly, authored the 2012 Wing Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and created an across-the-board Business Case Analysis (BCA). Charged with determining the practicability of one, comprehensive base-wide contract or two (Flight Operations Support (FOS) and Base Operations Support (BOS) contracts.
