Wing Re-Compete Acquisition Plan
Selected to lead an AETC-directed evaluation of the entire base-wide, umbrella contract (operations and support). Led 15-member team for all source selection re-compete processes (including pre-solicitation, solicitation, contract formation, evaluation, negotiation, award and administration). Accordingly, authored the 2012 Wing Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and created an across-the-board Business Case Analysis (BCA). Charged with determining the practicability of one, comprehensive base-wide contract or two (Flight Operations Support (FOS) and Base Operations Support (BOS) contracts. Single point-of-contact for communication and coordination throughout the command.
Quality Assurance (QA)
Lead functional program management analyst. Devised the appropriate methods for identifying trends, performance requirements, and data in order to surveil the quality aspects of all BOS and FOS programs including aircraft maintenance, life support, IT, CE and other functions.
