I’m studying to become a full-stack developer, and looking to begin working in software development. I’m looking for: 1. Remote, 2. Local (PA & surrounding states), 3. Direct report to division vice president. Responsible for improving utilization of equipment assets, meeting revenue/cost targets, and ensuring compliance with divisional policies.

Program/Project management (PM):

1.Implemented a waste oil management program that earned the company accolades from the regulatory authority.

2.Initiated a project to bring an unauthorized sludge pit dumping area into environmental compliance.

3.Worked with the VP (vice president) and FOG (fuel, oil, and grease) supplier to significantly improve vehicle maintenance and performance. This effort also extended equipment life.

4.Initiated a program (small tools) to establish control of company property. This included software selection, staff/employee training, and establishing field control and reporting procedures.

Cost Cutting (CC):

1.Significantly reduced the operational equipment FOG costs by 15%, via soliciting competitive proposals from quality competitor suppliers.

2.Consolidated industrial/specialty gas and welding supplies purchasing to improve/lower costs.

3.Organized a 100% inventory of company uniforms and account reconciliation with supplier to identify the most preferential service contract cost structure.

Implementing Operating Budgets:

1.Working with the division VP, confirmed the intercompany billing methodology and managed its’ implementation (Viewpoint).

2.Negotiated best pricing/quantity/quality for maintenance shop tools and supplies, and made improvements where beneficial.
