Presales Responsibilities:
Developed projects’ scopes (SOW, scope of work) and prepared technical proposals. Formulate responses to RFPs and RFIs sent across by potential customers with fitment details. Responsible for creation of User Journeys to enable banks to visually understand the features and functionalities of the product. Manage Core Banking product of Intellect, IDC, to ensure the smooth realization of built User Journeys. Conduct demonstrations of Core Banking product offered by Intellect Design Arena to financial institutions and internal sales team. Generate a succinct sales pitch for clients with the illustration of pain points and mitigation strategies. Analyze financial products of Intellect to iteratively improve upon it in order to meet the market's requirements. Develop and exercise comprehensive banking and product training for new recruits in Intellect Subject Matter Expert
Provide inputs around new products (Analytic Dashboards)and feedback on issues with current products. Good knowledge of basic core banking concepts.
Provided core banking sessions to internal teams as part of product training and learning. Co-ordinate with the Analyst team to help secure Intellect's standing as a leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant. Develop and maintain a breadth and depth of knowledge on the functional and technical elements of the products in the Intellect Digital Core Suite.
