Assist the Project Executive to confirm that acceptable safety plans have been established and implemented by the Contractor. Ensure that all parties are fully informed of all rules, regulations and procedures relating to site safety and that these are complied with by all parties.
Ensure that the Project Team is liaising as required with relevant statutory authorities and utility providers
Taking over all responsibilities with the design team of the office to issue all related drawings and plans of the projects under design based on meetings and co-ordination with all the stakeholders of the project and implement all their needs and requirements within the time and cost required, in addition following the approvals needed from the different governmental authorities based on the nature of the project.
Direct Supervision and inspection of the site activities starting from soil investigation work, foundations, superstructure (Precast and cast in situ concrete work), review of material, check off list and different type of testing for the civil work. Also coordination of the project and assisting Resident engineer in reviewing variation orders, bills of quantities and taking care of authorities approval (Municipality, KFD)
