Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Performance Management:

Oversee and manager a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Training & Development:

Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.

Organizing training programs of internal & external agencies, developing multi skills as per defined standards

Employee Retention:

Reducing the attrition levels considerably by creating a motivating team culture and improving the relationships with team members

HR MIS Reports:

Preparing and sending weekly, monthly & quarterly headcount and HR Status reports to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates.
