Experienced Sr. Recruiter in a high volume, full-cycle recruitment team working closely with other team members to implement comprehensive sourcing strategies that result in positive experiences for the candidates, hiring managers, and our training team.
Met or exceeded weekly hiring goals of up to 100+ Customer Service and Tech Support Representative positions per week.
As the training coordinator, I tracked and stayed in communication with all potential hires and placed them into our training classes based on completion of the onboarding process, background check, and i9 verification.
