WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
Make necessary arrangement of food on site daily basis.
Arrange accommodation for employee in camp.
Arrangement of Parties for VIP & Senior Persons & Happy Hours.
Take care of Housekeeping, Laundry & Food services.
Maintain Water, Electricity & LPG Supply.
Maintain Summary of the Lenin & other accommodation related items.
Keep record of all employees.
Handle the Petty Cash.
Maintain the Monthly Supply report, supply summary & Purchase order.
Preparation daily Meal voucher and meal count at site with tally POB.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES IN SITES
Implements camps rules and regulation in the camp.
Maintain peace in the camp.
Capable to manage low medium and high categories camps. Such as low category for workers and labors, medium category for supervisor & JR. Engineers & high category for sr. Engineer & Managers related to clients Projects & other countries persons.
Allocate site to jobless employees as per the instruction from the managements.
To keep record of all employees staying in camps & update on regular basis.
Manage water supply to camp, through the proper water tanker supplier for daily use of all worker or labors.
Manage transportation facilities.
Worked closely with finance administration, transportation and other related department.
Coordinated between managements & staff/workers and report to all necessary information to the managements as per the company policy.
Maintain(HACCP) QHSE Inception and food safety, with staff/self-hygiene.
