Manpower Development conducting training with the Store Manager.

Ensuring the adequate Stocks availability in each store.

Ensuring the inter stocks right stocks movement as per the Customers profile and suggesting the same to the Merchandiser.

Closely Working with finance team and brand team on P&L in order to minimize the expense and maximize the bottom line.

Operational Standards and Merchandising

Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service

Ensuring stocks have been display properly.

All merchandise are well display as per the standards.

Ensuring all merchandise have been barcoded.

Provide feedback to merchandiser about the price & Quality of merchandise.
