I am a hard working, emotionally balanced and naturally curious person who thrives on everyday learning and teaching. I believe that life is about continuous learning and teaching whether formally or informally. My passion for training was unleashed when I entered and was selected in the top five for the Secretary of the Year competition. This led to my new career as the secretarial profession ambassador. As a direct result of my participation in this completion a motivational speaker was born. I then continued to do public speaking, office administration and soft skills trainer. In 2013 I registered my own training and development company, which I have used for freelance facilitation and training jobs. In my over 25 years of working as a PA and Office Manager, I have interacted with people from all walks of life and communicated with them at different levels. This has made me to gain confidence in communicating with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds. In the past three years, I have widened my training scope to include learnership facilitation and ECD Practitioner training.

Business Consulting, Coaching and Mentoring Services – I have gained enormous knowledge about the small business compliances and accreditation needs in the South African landscape. In my quest to assist the small business person who operates in the township and rural environment I have had to adapt my knowledge to suit the ordinary person, in some cases resort to using the different indigenous languages practiced in South Africa. I am fluent in IsiZulu, South Sotho, IsiXhosa, SeSwati and a little bit of Shangaan languages. This has assisted me to make an impact and to be able to simplify the otherwise difficult to understand business language.

Youth Business Advisor - In my role at the Chamber of Commerce I have also held the responsibility of establishing a youth wing. My main responsibility in this role was to give guidance about running a small business and motivating the youth on personal life management.
