As a strong leader, contributed to the development of an internal integrated communications culture by navigating throughout all practices, delivering full service work to group of clients. Supported Edelman with qualitative visibility through global and local recognitions. Educated clients and other external audiences about trends in communication, consumer behavior and culture through internal studies such as Edelman Trust Barometer, Earned Brand and Culture Connections, developing trend reports and special lectures about “purpose in communications”. Led LatAm as hub for global client. Brought new business opportunities. Conceived and led media and crisis trainings. Managed +10 people teams and a business unit with +10 clients - amongst the top 5 largest and most integrated/full service at the São Paulo office.
At this role I led the integrated work for HP; the coordination of eight Edelman offices for the global strategy for the e-commerce technology company VTEX; the coordination of LatAm Region and six Edelman offices for the creativity tech firm Wacom; the work for global logistics company UPS; the new positioning of the global social innovation organization Ashoka; the Girls20 project to position the next generation of female leaders at the center of G20 economic-decision making process; the Ontario’s Ministry of Economic Development and Growth and its thought leadership on fintech and biotech trends; the executive positioning work for the advertising agency BBDO; the successful launch of the first bike rental service in Brazil; and brought and led the `Color of Corruption’ project that raised awareness for corrupt politicians and helped population fight deep-rooted corruption in Brazil before Elections, which awarded Edelman with unprecedented five Lions at Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity 2017.

My first challenge at this role was to position the country’s first fashion e-commerce Dafiti and break barriers of online shopping in LatAm. Dafiti (now Global Fashion Group) is now the leading e-commerce in the Region featuring in Fast Company ranking of World's Most Innovative Companies 2016 while ‘Fashion’ jumped from 26th to first category in online sales. I also led the successful sponsorship program for Dow at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, managing corporate, digital, creative and global teams; the 2014 World Cup program for adidas; the exciting project that established cultural trend pillars and mapped key brand ambassadors to launch Natura Sou, sustainable category of the world’s fourth-largest beauty-products company that enhanced the conscious consumption debate in Brazil.
