Working in Surface Mount PCB Assembly Line since 2010 in Bangalore. Roles and Responsibilities
Handling bom, cad and gerber data and coordinating with design group for pilot and mass production.
Executing loading schedules to meet shop plans which includes programming of all in-line machines (printer, spi, pick n place and aoi) in SMT assembly. Guiding operators regarding machine operations and SMT processes including esd safe handling of components and pcbs.
Developing and maintaining database systems for handling pcb and moisture sensitive components.
Interacting with machine supplier groups for procurement of new machines and dealing with preventive maintenances of assembly line machines. Educational Background
