Analyze employee data for reporting purposes, hands on experience in query manager.

Implement and update salary changes including payrate changes, Promotions, Demotions and merits.

Track various Job applications in I-recruit system and provide solutions to i-recruit queries.

Create and use existing reports to audit the database to maintain accuracy and quality at all times.

Facilitate in extensive UAT testing before rollout/migration of enhancements and new functionalities in PeopleSoft and upgrade of core HR modules and Image now

Maintain employee documentation in image now and update information in Learning Management System.

Support payroll, T&L and Benefits team with compensation changes and benefits system administration.
