*Developing close relationship with & get to know students understand their background / circumstances intimately, special attention to be given wherever necessary.
*Ensuring student's focus on learning/assignments etc., during study hours. Proper maintaining discipline/hygiene and cleanliness by students at the hostel. This would include dealing with disciplinary matters and health related problems/issues that may arise.
*Monitoring & control entry & exit of students and other guests visiting hostel. Maintaining appropriate records. Close checking on nature of visitors to be done appropriate remedial steps to be taken, if warranted Liaison with local police & government/statutory bodies.
*Mentoring students
Maintenance of cleanliness, hygienic in hostel & canteen premises Timely provision of quality & hygienic food and drinking water Proper maintenance of furniture, equipment’s provided at the hostel premises Ensuring rooms, toilets and washrooms are clean.
*Planning for & recommend up gradation of facilities as required Ensuring effective services are provided by the relevant staff.
*Encouraging students to participate in sports/games/cultural activities. Organizing blood donation, village camp & other activities organized by the institute Based on interest talent, encouraging participation by students in co-curricular activities such as QC/workskills/technical competition
*Coordinating the collection of fees from the students. Organize assembly, exercise/yoga/drills as structured in a regular basis. Language
