Tiger Supplies
Customer services advisor // Braintree, Essex // June 2018 to Current Starting at Tiger supplies, this was my first office based job which gave me an amazing opportunity to learn the basic admin duties. I have now come so far in a year from going in to a complete new job to now handing anything and teaching new employees how the office runs. My day to day life at work includes answering the phone and taking orders giving customers the best customer service i can to dealing with queries and making sure everything runs smoothly and having happy customers by the end. Now i have achieved these skills to work in a busy hard working office, i feel although i am ready to move on and gain new skills in a different workplace and work the hardest i possibly can meeting new people along the way.
Tesco
Online personal shopper // Braintree, Essex // June 2017 to May 2018 I worked part time at Tesco marks farm as an online personal shopper meaning from 6am going round the store and collecting customers online orders. Here i gained good time keeping skills, good socialising skills and was very motivated to be the best i can whilst learning new things on a day to day basis.
Superdrug Stores
Sales advisor // Chelmsford, Essex // May 2016 to April 2017 During my time at Superdrug i gained a huge amount of confidence, this was down to my role. My role was to be face to face with customers serving them and giving the best customer service and help i could. When i first started at Superdrug i was very nervous because this was my first job in retail but thanks to everyone who i worked with i was made to feel so comfortable and always got EDUCATION
offered help when needed. Whilst working a Superdrug i latched on to the skills so quickly which i was getting praised for and had made me realise i am a first learner and good at adapting to new skills. Now i have had the experience of working in retail i have got these hard working and important skills for life.
Braintree Community Hospital
Domestic Assistant // Braintree, Essex // July 2015 to March 2016 During my time working at Braintree Hospital my role as a domestic assistant was to deep clean areas off the hospital top to bottom, this meant going in on an evening and cleaning until the hospital was spotless. I am so thankful to have this as my first job as it was hard working and showed me how to do a job professionally. This also gave me a chance to socialise with people who were new to me; if we was short staffed i would offer to do any over time which meant sitting on the help desk assisting customers where to go around the hospital or helping out with anything i possibly could. As my first job it was really enjoyable and brought me out my shell which started to boost my confidence up.
Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy
Braintree College // Braintree, Essex // 2017
In 2017 i done another year at Braintree college studying Beauty Therapy which i now have a level 2 qualification in. I enjoyed this course because it gave me the chance to learn a lot such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting, facials and other salon treatments. It also gave me an idea of what it would be like working in the beauty industry and if i decided i wanted to work within beauty anytime i could.
Level 2 qualification in Sports
Braintree College // Braintree, Essex // 2016
When i left school in 2015 i went on to do my level 2 qualification in sport at Braintree College which i achieved in 2016, this means now i always have this qualification.
