Warehouse In charge

Performing daily administrative functions of staff management, preparing and dispatching the business reports to the sales and accounts managers. Filing and maintaining all documents related warehouse operations, shipments and staff records. Coordination with customs clearance and freight handling team for proper timely release of shipments.

Coordinating daily warehouse activities and assigning duties to staffs to ensure daily operations performance are meeting the expectation. Deal with personnel issues such as training and discipline of staff; oversee picking, packing and distribution activities.

Organizing warehouse and cycle counts for inventory accuracy, Routine check on work procedures to improve and adjust the existing work procedures and practices.

Receiving orders for products from sales team and customers, preparing picklist to pick and arrange the order for delivery, printing invoices and hand them to delivery team for delivering to customer. Updating stock movement in the ERP system and report to concerned authorities.

Receiving shipments, arranging them in order and safely, creating sales and return invoices for timely dispatch of goods and managing inventory to provide better service to customers and maintain minimum stock requirement.

Managing inventory control and processing orders, preparing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Ensure workplace health and safety requirements and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

Performs the general administrative tasks, supervising duty assignment of staff and their individual performance on assigned operations, receiving, sorting, binning or pallet racking and inventories of warehouse stock and office consumables by checking and monitoring consumption and following up maintenance and repairs of office equipment with external contractors as well as internal maintenance team.

Demand and inventory analysis of the stock to keep the sales flow uninterrupted, liaise with suppliers, transport department and coordinate with customs clearance team as required, compiles stock control records and information, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.

Generating Goods receive note (GRN) for receiving and dispatching products to generate relevant reports and extract and upload data to Sales And Replenishment Accounting System (SARAS) to prepare various daily, weekly and monthly reports like daily product receipt and allocation, stock report, age analysis report for accounts department’s verification and approval.

Physical stock counting and reconciliation to ensure monthly and quarterly inventory, recording and review are completed time, running stock update reports to maintain the stocks level, preparing container turnaround reports, stock discrepancy adjustments, staff attendance report and other logistic and administrative tasks as directed by the Regional Logistics Manager.

Monitor and follow up of inter depot transfers of products to and from different depots and stock variances or handling damages and get appropriate approvals from concerned higher authorities. Update and maintain the database of different reports.

Coordinates the surveillance and investigation of stock shortages, deviations from specifications, in transit damages and resolves discrepancies by following-up with central processing point and supply chain management department by communicating through appropriate report in accordance with company procedure.

Officially, perform the responsibility of Fire Marshal to check the performance condition of the fire alarm, fire exhauster and fire hose equipment conditions are up to the fire and safety requirement and training the staff to create awareness on fire and safety on work place.

Supervising US Army Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) vehicles and equipment service parts procurement facility, parts ordering, storage and inventory management.
