Single hand coordination for all the planning activities for preventive maintenance, break down maintenance.

Managing the production activities, viz. planning, staffing, organizing, directing, and controlling to meet production targets as per BOM.

Executing process, product & system audits at manufacturing line.

Being a member of the committee for designing the CAPA for both internal & external complaints.

Implementation of CAPA through modification in process & machine hardware.

Maintain the proper handover takeover of spares parts which are used on daily basis.

Responsible for Supervision, Servicing and Repairing of 30 DVDR manufacturing machines under my control.

Doing calibration of Dye scanner & Final scanner as per its schedule.

Taking Parameters data, B&R & PLC Backup as per schedule.
