NATURE OF WORK

Preventive maintenance activities like repair, test, troubleshoot installation and connection of power appliance, switchgear,S.C.R testing, Rig related MUD PUMPS,DRAW WORKS,TOP DRIVE,BAYLOR BRAKE SYSTEMS, A.V.R, VFD Etc., heaters, transformer, electrical motors, over head crane and electrical sub system like U.P.S systems and Battery chargers Generators, Alternators and Electrical, electronic, pneumatic and Hydraulic control systems. Other related devices AC drives (VFD), motor manager system, electronic circuit board, testing transistor (PNP, NPN, UJT, Diode) and lighting circuits, master drives, MCC, STAR, DELTA, reverse forward, DOL, power distribution, speed drives, Variable Frequency Drives, variable speed motor controllers, control panels, ACB, (MERLIN GERIN) VCB, OCB MCC Breakers, Transformers, and Generators and familiar feeder management really.

Maintenance of AC, H.V / L.V motors, AC motor starter controls electrical equipments, installation of H.V / L.V panels, cable laying, glanding, termination, system earthling, operation and maintenance of emergency diesel generators.

4)Maintenance of VFD panel with ABB 800 drives for mud pumps, Rotary and Drawbox.

5)Motors and Starter Controls, Panel boards, MCC, AC motors, DOL, star Delta Starters, cable laying glanding and termination.

6)Wiring of all Siemens PLC Siematic S7 300 series can easily read from any drawing and find out the faults of any short circuit or wire open and refed the program from CPU.

12)Worked on 33kv, 11kv with transformers handled SF6, ABB and Siemens Breakers.

13)Maintenance and breakdown handling of 2 Ton BOILERS in case of any sparking problem or any other problem.

14)Maintenance and breakdown handling of 400kw VOLVO Penta DG sets in case of any voltage fluctuations or frequency variation problems.

16)At present working on KERUI 1000hp rigs with NOV top drive.
