IT Project Lead of a web commerce project that dramatically improved how software services are sold at National Instruments, architecting a solution that is usable by both external customers and internal sales staff.

Developed an automated process for importing online orders from ni.com into the Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications which improved operational efficiency. Improvements in efficiency allowed for increased order volume without having to add additional head count in the Sales organization.

Manufacturing

Coordinated international team development efforts when upgrading Oracle Applications from 10.7 to 11i. Worked closely with Business Analysts to gather requirements and build enhanced processes to be used by the manufacturing floor.

Designed and developed applications that supported the first international manufacturing facility in Debrecen, Hungary. Also provided training and support for IT staff at the new facility.

Designed an Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN) process to improve the efficiency of receiving serialized inventory shipped between distribution centers.

Preformed a system efficiency analysis for RMA area to identify ways the Oracle applications and manufacturing processes could be altered to improve receiving damaged materials.
