As co-owner my roles include Superintendent, Project Manager, Accounting, Custom Builder

• Oversee all employee HR tasks including payroll, time charging and approval for 7 full time employees

• Planning and directing work for all jobsites, for both daily tasks and long-term project schedules, ensuring all employees efficiently utilized

• Estimate, bid, and develop contracts for work intake

• Manage all subcontractor’s bids, work schedules, and tasks at each job site with direction over plans and specifications and oversight for ensuring quality and adherence to plans.

• Perform daily inspections of all work on all job sites including workshop

• Work directly with clients for onsite design, plan changes, adds, questions, structural and aesthetic related concerns

• Interview and hire employees for all construction related needs

• Accounting related tasks including: logging receipts, writing checks, employee company card, charging and billing to correct projects. Employee adherence to time charging and PTO

• Train new and veteran employees on all aspects of construction including welding, proper framing, electrical basics, plumbing basics, fabrication and custom furniture building, client etiquette and day to day time management for various tasks.

• Ensuring the clients are satisfied by directly interfacing on any issues that may arise and working through resolution.

• Schedule and walk through inspections during entire building process

• Responsible for approval of all completed work and finished products, enforcing quality standards and compliance to inspection needs.

• Pridefully and respectfully maintaining jobsite for the families that are living in the onsite during the build process

• Regulate and enforce proper safety standards

• Interpreting architectural drawings
