TYPICAL JOB DUTIES:

Having share and contributing in organizational development practices, formulating norms of organizational behavior and culture changes needed and baring responsibility of achieving their resulting and projected objectives through human resources development related activities.

Directing and advising all department managers of company policies regarding human resources issues.

Reviewing company organizational chart to adjust it with company goals.

Conducting and administering company indirect financial payment system and related policies including fringe benefits, employee services and security issues such as: leaves, medical coverage, insurance, retirement, savings plans and such alike.

Formulating methods and techniques, administrating and directing performance evaluation processes for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company, monitoring and assures the fair use of results in promotion and raises decisions.

Developing, implementing and monitoring human resources budget.

Establishing and managing careers, developing career path, succession plans, conducting career counseling.

Establishing training plans and ensuring implementation effectiveness.

Directing and monitoring procedures of manpower requirements.

Reviewing current and proposed arrangements in order to ensure that premises and employee safety standards meet government regulations and employee’s safety requirements.
