Formulating methods and techniques, administrating and directing performance evaluation processes for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company, monitoring and assures the fair use of results in promotion and raises decisions.
Developing, implementing and monitoring human resources budget.
Establishing and managing careers, developing career path, succession plans, conducting career counseling.
Establishing training plans and ensuring implementation effectiveness.
Directing and monitoring procedures of manpower requirements.
Reviewing current and proposed arrangements in order to ensure that premises and employee safety standards meet government regulations and employee’s safety requirements.
