Managing of Architectural fit out works in all 10 stations achieving high quality of workmanship using approved materials for all public areas (front of house) and service areas (back of house).
Achieving and monitoring the successful execution of the project actions and activities within certain deadlines with PMC and PCS team.

Panorama Residence and Suites, Abraj Quartier – AQ 07 is a multiuse complex comprising luxury serviced hotel apartments, townhouses, signature restaurants, cafes, modern amenities and all other related services at The Pearl- Qatar(Plot AQ-07) operated by Hilton World Wide. The 42 floors tower and its 5 floor parking podium have a built-up area of approximately 103,195 m . The tower consists of 363 apartment suites located from the 6th to the 38th floor of various sizes ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms apartments. The plot also consists of 2 Townhouses blocks with a total built up area of around 12,594 m2. The townhouses have 51 Apartments ranging from I bedroom to 3 bedrooms.
The first 5 floors of the tower consist of public areas and BOH areas such as gym and food & beverages to serve the residents and their guests. In addition to this there is a large swimming pool located on the 5th floor of the Podium block. The apartment suites will comply with high class Hilton worldwide finishes standards
Scope of works and achievements:
Managing PMC and PCS team responsible for the successful execution of the project
Organizing and monitoring coordination between contractors and other project partners
Reports to the Client representative and stakeholders.
Advisor to the Client with regards to the building project, its progress, quality, contractual & legal aspect and financial matters.
Leads and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Client, in assembling and controlling the required resources to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity.

Technical and manual maintenance to the several components in and around the compound, including: maintenance to: electrical & mechanical components; ELV; air -conditioning & ventilation; structural & finishes; hard and soft landscaping; furniture & fittings; appliances; mechanical and electrical equipment; road works and infrastructure; power failures; sewage treatment plant; sewage depots; water reservoirs; external and internal upkeep of the residences; public areas; public furniture; street lighting etc;
Providing overall management and administration of the Department, including managing the Maintenance budget and maintaining appropriate records and making available information as required by senior management;

This prestigious landmark project consists of the construction of a tourist village in Tripoli, Libya, made up of more than 420 fully furnished residential units with a total Ground Floor Area of over 96000m, water reservoirs of over 900cu.m and a Sewerage Treatment Plant of 540cu.m. There are 6 high rise buildings, restaurant, 2 swimming pools, complete infrastructure with transformer stations, gas stations, water & sewerage utilities on a site of 18 hectares. 2 football pitches and tennis courts, pedestrian walkways, swales, culverts, substations and power.
Scope of works and achievements:
Excellent understanding of the sequence of works for civil structures and during the installation of M&E’s and finishing works.
Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
