Effectively manages a $20MM line of business dedicated to end-of-life planning and financing through a variety of life insurance, banking, and trust products, with a customer base of over 1 million individuals.

Pioneered the launch of a general agency and insurance company, licensed to operate in 28 states; led the evaluation and selection of insurance products aligned with the needs of families with respect to end-of-life requirements.

Led the recruitment, hire, onboarding, and management of regional directors and 220 sales agents to bolster the visibility of the general agency and its offerings; leveraged the reach and flexibility of direct sales, direct mail campaigns, and seminars to position the company as a premier provider of end-of-life financing solutions.
