I have been in the Automotive Industry for over 30 years in both corporate and retail environments. The last 15 years was in a managerial role within various departments of a dealership including Sales, Service and Parts. I have successfully demonstrated my leadership by developing and implementing a multitude of sales and marketing campaigns that resulted in a dramatic increase in sales, thus in profitability as well.

During my previous endeavors for the past 15 years I have made a tremendous difference in terms of increased profitability by 47% and customer retention of over 87% for Bolt’n Used Car Superstore dealership, where I was a Partner/General Manager as well as at MacIver Dodge where I was Sales Manager/Trainer and hands on Leader of the front line staff.
