Title: Productivity enhancement of solar still for night mode operation Description:

Availability of fresh water for day to day life is reducing drastically due to various reasons like depletion of source and industrialization. Purification methods require huge amount of energy and associated with emissions. These difficulties are addressed in the project work by the addition of Phase change materials (PCMs) in the single slope solar still. Selection of suitable PCM and the improvement in the productivity is compared. By using Bee wax, a naturally available PCM, the results shows 26% of increase in the night yield.

Title: INCREASING VOLUMETRIC EFFECIENCY OF A 4-STROKE SINGLE CYLINDER ENGINE BY USING ATEG

Description:

An automotive thermoelectric generator (ATEG) is a device that utilizes the Seebeck effect in order to recover lost heat from an internal combustion engine to generate electricity. To generate electric power in the vehicle a thermoelectric generator is integrated in the exhaust manifold. ATEGs can convert waste heat from an engine's coolant or exhaust into electricity. By reclaiming this otherwise lost energy, ATEGs decrease fuel consumed by the electric generator load on the engine. EDUCATION
