Responsible for the administration of the Change Management and Release Management Programs. My responsibilities include:

Perform detailed review of all scheduled changes to College Board computing and data management environment;

Facilitate Change Control Board meetings and updating Service Now ITSM system; process emergency changes and ensured adequate justification and coordination; performed analysis and developed reports documenting trends in change events. Conduct CCBs on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s and have an emergency CCBs when necessary.

Charged with improving the change management process to increase efficiency, reduce the administrative overhead, and eliminate redundancies that had become associated with it.

Responsible for managing the definition, tracking and distribution of a product release using Clear Quest Jira, Jenkins and Git and Mercury toolsets. Work with all functional application and maintenance teams effectively communicating with peers, managers, clients and third-party vendors.
