Directed the migration of the on-premises email system to Office 365 for more than 200 users, as well as, their files and documents to one-drive and sharepoint sites. Supervised the transition from traditional desktop office programs to online applications for basic users.
Dundas Dashboard BI platform has been deployed and metrics/KPI defined to assist upper management to take informed business decisions. Also, Trialfire customer sales analytics is now integrated with the company’s website and ERP system. Happy Fox, SpiceWorks, FreshService help desk ticketing software are being employed for on-site and online client support, following SLA’s performance metrics.
Created web-based portals for suppliers to acknowledge purchase orders and assign ETA for product delivery in real time as well as EDI document transfers with vendors.
Currently working with San Francisco based Zorang Inc. to implement a Product Information Management system using Akeneo PIM linked to our ERP databases by API’s, which will allow the marketing team to create and maintain a large amount of sku’s (we have around 190,000+), their specifications/attributes and their digital assets, much more efficiently.
The use of PPM tools (MS Project, MS Planner and Pivotal Tracker) to combine work and resources have increased the efficiency of IT projects delivery by successfully organizing estimates, budgets and schedules.
Supervisory
Excellent cross team direct and indirect supervision and coaching of more than 50 staff and leading teams throughout all phases of the project cycle and following ITIL best practices.
