Worked as “Senior Civil Foreman” with TEKNOW OVERSEAS (P) LTD.

Project: NTPC POWER PLANT, JHAJJAR (HR)

Responsible for: Shuttering, Formwork, scaffolding, forway wall shuttering and casting, insert plate fixing, reinforcement, at 9mtr high, and control building, brick works, plaster and finishing work etc. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, layout etc.

Project: LANCO POWER PLANT,(600 MW) ANPARA (U.P)

Responsible for: Shuttering, Formwork, steel fixing, insert plate and bolt fixing, mass concreting, back filling, layout of brick works. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, etc

15th Dec 2006 to 31st Aug 2009 :

Worked as “Senior Civil Foreman” With, DLF Laing O’Rourke (India) Ltd.

Project: Mega Mall extn. (Gurgoan) for extension of DT Mega Mall, incorporating the steel structure work on the existing RCC structure.

Responsible for: Formwork, scaffolding, support for the existing beams and slab for dismantling of same and replacement there of. Welding and erection of steel structure, deck sheets etc. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, layout etc.

Project: DLF Towers (Jasola) New Delhi

Responsible for: Mass concreting, rebar, shuttering, formwork, scaffolding, retaining wall construction, water proofing, backfilling, grade slab construction, brickwork plastering, flooring etc. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, layout etc.

10th April 2005 to 11th December 06’ :

Worked with Shapoorji Pallaonji & Co. Ltd. as “Civil foreman”,

Project: construction of 1100 MW SUGEN CCPP project in Surat (Gujarat State).

Responsible for: Mass concreting, rebar, shuttering, formwork, scaffolding, TG Foundations Transformer foundations, 8.0 meter high wall construction, Insert fixing as per layout, water proofing, backfilling, hardener floor finishes etc. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, layout etc.

Project: Construction of Phonex Mill, Mumbai (Maharastra State).

Responsible for: Mass concreting, rebar, shuttering, formwork, scaffolding, Tower crane and batching plant erection, layout, water proofing, backfilling etc. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, etc.

1st Oct 2002 to 5th April 2005:

Worked with L& T ECC Construction Group as “Senior Civil Supervisor”

Project: Construction of Oberoi Mall project Goregaon (East Mumbai).

Responsible for: Concreting of slab retaining wall, formwork, scaffolding, backfilling up to 2.0 meter depth with compaction and testing thereof, excavation etc. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, etc.

Project: Construction of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited project Site at Goa.

Responsible for: Transformer foundation, wall construction 8.0 meter high, formwork, scaffolding, backfilling excavation etc. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, etc.

Project: Construction of Spaghetti Mass housing project at Khargar CIDCO (Mumbai).

Responsible for: Block work, plaster, tiles, door fixing, window fixing, glazing works. Man & machinery management and their output, record of material consumption, wastage control, etc.

Worked with Vijaynagar Corporation as “Junior Civil Supervisor”

Project: Construction of Andheri Project (Mumbai).
