Responsibilities concern to SAP MM Function :-

Creation & Maintenance of Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records & Source List.

Conducting Training for End users making them understand the business procedure related to SAP MM.

Tested complete Procurement cycle - Maintained Source list, generated Purchase Requisition through MRP run, and Creation of Purchase Orders, Good receipt done against PO, transfer posting & Invoice posting during Up gradation of SAP from ECC 4.7 to ECC 6.0.

Took Part in UNIT Testing and INTEGRATION Testing with QM, PP & SD during Up gradation of SAP from ECC 4.7 to ECC 6.0.

Handled the activities allied with testing related to MM during Up gradation of SAP from ECC 4.3 to ECC 4.7.

Resolving any issues related to generation of purchase requisition, different type of Purchase order (General PO, Subcontracting PO, Cost Centre PO & Asset PO).

Resolving problem related to Scheduling Agreement & Contract.
