Job Description: Presently associated with ICE Data Services (Formerly Interactive Data) financial market data product group supporting Reference and Market Data collection from Stock Markets and Contributors globally along with acting as support group for Pre-Sales, Data Mapping expert for TREP FH Product.

Role:

·Having expertise in managing Market Data Feed which consists of Real-time Trading/Pricing and Reference Data, which is being sourced from multiple exchange data feed and disseminated through ICE’s Financial Market Data Products (like TREP Feed Handler, RTS Tick History, WebCSP, T0 Corp. Action etc.)

·Evaluate the Business impact on market data changes and experience in identifying data discrepancies and performing data analysis

·Corporate Action of APAC, EMEA and US exchange Markets, doing research on primarily Equity, analysing, maintain and collecting the data from different sources such as exchange website, Company website, SEDOL Master File, FTS, Exshare etc.

·Requirement gathering from client services, pre sales, account managers, product/project managers, plan and discuss the same with Product & Development teams to meet client requirements

·Develop and implement process solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency – coordinated efforts of content team with development teams

·Project/Process Management – work on deadlines and project completion

·Participate and Lead the product/project mgmt. meetings and track critical project timelines

·Manage client query in an efficient manner by way of JIRA/SBM ticketing system

·Prepare weekly progress reports for Project sponsor/owner on the content coverage, quality & progress on the roadmap put in place

·Successful migration of process with formulation of SLA’s amongst support, development & product management teams

·Ensure periodic trainings, discussions, process documentation & knowledge sharing sessions amongst team members to produce desirable team performance

·MiFID II Reference data and Pricing data onboarding & testing for EMEA based markets

·Contributing to ‘Tick History’ Project by identifying the requirements of the data. In addition, create tick history files so that the packages can be deployed by the developers.

·Knowledge in Equity, Derivatives, Trade Settlement, Trade Confirmation, Trade Affirmation, Reconciliation, Trade Life Cycle, Securities and Derivatives.

·Knowledge of CUSIP, ISINs, SEDOL and other market identifiers.

·Knowledge in advanced excel, data mining and analysis, SQL, Data Mapping, Basic Linux (QA, functional mapping and testing of financial data).
