Successful and safe completion of projects which includes Installation of Yokogawa cards, modules, preparation of internal wiring for the instruments, Installation of cable trays & Junction boxes for the Instruments with optimal cable consumption.

Instrument fix up, cabling erection and commissioning activities according to P&ID & Instrument Standards.

Carrying all the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on all new Instrumentation equipment (Calibration of sensors, Loop checking of Instruments, Water Trails and Product trails as per the sequence and interlocks, Routine tests for HT, LT panels).

Have Knowledge on commissioning and testing of Honeywell Fire alarm system for the protection of the plant. This includes installation of fire alarm panels at different locations in the plant and interconnecting them by a master panel through OFC cables where all the fault alarms and annunciator system can be monitored.

Preparation and Checking of Power Bill's from APEPDCL board.

Checking of As-Built Drawings.

Maintaining sufficient Critical spares in order to avoid break down of equipment.

Preparation of Maintenance and Breakdown Reports.

Following safe practice during shut down and start-up of plant in a sequential order.

Role in Process Improvement

Working as one of the team member from engineering department in process optimization and improvement such as batch cycle reduction time with effective utilization of available resources for increase of production.

Implementation of DIMOMAINT software for maintaining Inventory Database and automatically triggering the Indents online.
