2. Payroll Processing
Checking employee’s attendance in a daily basis through the punches using Staff Database software.
Managing & checking the leave balance and updating the employee’s leave in the payroll software date wise.
Processing payroll for more than 550+250(sub-Contract) Employees and submitting the statement to accounts for salary disbursement.
Manage Transport & Cafeteria
3. Grievances and Redressal
Interact with the employees to bring out their grievances.
Forwarding the same to Management’s notice and solving it through proper channels. 4. Statutory Requirements
Maintaining Statutory Registers in a monthly basis: a) Advance & Loan
b) Attendance, Paid Leaves.
c) Wages paid.
d) Lunch & Break Interval
e) National Holidays etc
Verifying Vendor Statutory Documents and forwarding Vendor Bills. 5. Performance Appraisals
Analyze the Performance of the employees through 360 degree PA.
Assessment of the appraisals through specified format.
Based upon the percentage scored the Employee’s appraisal will be happen.
Following Monthly Appraisal system.
6. MIS Reports
Preparation of time reports of the employees and sending the same to the Head-HR to manage the proper working hours and to control absenteeism of the employees so as to increase the quantity of work.
Preparation of Attrition report in a monthly basis and submit the same to the management. Analyzing to improve the employee’s retention percentage in the organization.
Preparation of Addition and Deletion report to prepare a news letter in a monthly basis.
Updating the Employee’s personal records in a monthly basis.
Raising Monthly FMS Invoice, Reimbursement Invoices. 7. Employees Welfare Activities
Employee State Insurance.
8. Exit Formalities
Preparation of Relieving Letter, Experience Letter & Salary Certificate.
Conducting Exit Interviews through questionnaire to the employees.
Ensure every access and rights of the employee’s are removed properly wherever applicable and ensuring for necessary handing over process with the company.
Preparation of Full and Final Settlement whichever is applicable to the employee based on his/her experience with the company.
