Provide assistance to the underwriting staff by Returning and making calls to policy holders, agencies, agents and brokers with case related questions. Greet clients and coordinate office visits. Scrub and process all new business applications and policy changes to include life, annuities and investments policies for unanswered questions. Enter and order all requirements medicals, blood and urine, ekg`s financials paper work and send letter to agent with all outstanding requirements. Follow up on all outstanding requirements.
