Job Description-
Taking Classes – Teaching the subjects like Automobile Engineering, Technical Drawing, AutoCAD, Industrial Management, Production Management, Engineering Metrology, etc.
Conduction of Practical Laboratories – A good Practical knowledge along with the theory knowledge, is what preferred in the industrial market. So, as a Lecturer, I monitor each and every students activity and their role in respective classes as well as laboratories.
Mentoring – It is an activity to look after each and every students under my Mentoring List and analize their deficiencies and lag in their performances. Duties include, communicating both with the students and their guardians, while keeping a note of the same.
External Observer – At the end of each semester, the state council conducts semester examinations for their students of their respective colleges and a particular person from a randomly selected engineering college, under them, is appointed as the External Observer, by the council. The duties include creating a perfect environment for the conduct of the exams, so that NO students indulge in any activities.
