This actually reducing the operation and reducing the cycle time 34%

Grinding cycle time reduction – from 115 to 95 sec.

Grinding wheel life increased by reducing the dressing cycle which improve the life of 3.3 times.

Supported to Develope a wheel for ceramic block grinding.

●Kaizen implementation

Redesign the size of coolant nozzle to increase the coolant pressure to increase life of the grinding wheel

Providing the guard on vmc machine to protect the coolant plash during machining.

Automation done to load and unload the workpieces for centreless machine.
