CVS HEALTH CLIENT, Texas – Program Manager, Oct 2017 – Current
Managed the following projects for CVS Health as Program Manager including two projects (Data Analytics and MDM)
1.Managed an end-to-end MDM Platform implementation to enable promotion at retails stores and measure the effectiveness of the promotion on a monthly basis. Built and currently managing a diverse cross-functional team consisting of Data Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Modelers, MDM Architects, Developers and Test Engineers at Onshore and Offshore. The project was driven by the Marketing organization focusing on driving efficiencies across the data landscape and improving Client’s ability to deliver meaningful customer segment and product level insights. The project uses AWS Cloud infrastructure and was executed in four work-streams utilizing agile delivery model in 2-week sprints. My current responsibilities include working collaboratively with Client Work-stream leads, tracking user stories, adhering the team to sprint velocity and ensuring that sprint processes are followed to ensure successful phased deliverables are met. The initial project phase included creating a product MDM, Customer MDM, data migration and Data Model creation from varied data sources to AWS infrastructure. In the current phase we are identifying use cases for Advanced Data Analytics and Machine learning.
2.Manage an Ecommerce enhancement project that included modernizing the Content Management System (CMS) for the Client. The project included a CMS modernization, data migration, content storage modelling, content delivery framework and a new product catalog module implementation. Managed a 14 member team with 4 onsite roles and 10 offshore roles consisting of CMS Architect, Cloud Architect, Business Analysts, Project Manager, Developers and Test Engineers. The development followed an agile model but the overall project was conducted in a traditional Waterfall model. It covered all aspects including Study Startup, setting up CMS platform, data store creation, operational data repository, metadata management, and aimed to provide real time dynamic Content Delivery. Other responsibilities include, on time product delivery and escalations for delays, track risks and action items on a daily basis, host a weekly PMT governance meeting and Senior Management reviews between multiple groups, coordinate workshops and product demos.
3.I currently manage both the above projects that are still on-going with multiple enhancements planned in the future releases.
Responsible for overall delivery of both the projects and client/stakeholder relationship. Managed onsite and offshore development teams and multi-site business stakeholders based out of US and India. Reltio was the MDM platform and AWS as the Cloud Infrastructure. Managed three projects for a New Jersey based top Car Rental Company through Mindtree Ltd. as Program Manager.
1.Managed “Customer 360” initiative as a part of ‘Digital Revenue Optimization’ that encompassed Data Platform, MDM implementation and integration with e-commerce application. Managed a cross functional team that had Azure Architects, Data Modelers Onsite and Informatica MDM experts offshore to create the back end data platform that eventually fed into the DRO platform for Dynamic Pricing and personalization use cases for the Client. Delivered projects on Connected Cars, Asset Management & Data Dashboards etc. Also managed the interactions with third party data provider for integrating Experian data for Customer Segmentation.
2.The second team that Managed was implementing an application on “Trusted Traveler” that involved automated identify resolution application for a customer based on the License and SSN. The team consisted of 7 members including an Application Architect, Business analyst and a Technical Lead Onsite along with an offshore development and testing team. Served as Scrum master / Project manager to oversee and coordinate Business stakeholders and gather requirements for projects predominantly in business workflows, integrations and technology landscape
3.In addition, I was also responsible for managing the plan team within the account and work closely with Client's IT and Business teams to scope out multiple large scale projects on Client's e-commerce platforms. Leverage existing contacts and relationships to identify potential areas of business opportunities to expand Mindtree's footprint within the account. Managed the Data Reporting and Analytics team to migrate Client’s Manufacturing divisions existing on premise data on SQL Server 2008 to Cloudera platform, by helping Data users to transition to the new environment.
