Led a highly skilled team of HRBPs that included locations in Herndon, VA, Colorado Springs, CO, Rome, NY, and Calgary, Canada, while reporting to Sector President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Led startup and reorganization for a Peraton Sector based in Annapolis Junction, MD, following spin off from Harris Corporation.

Led the mapping of 700 employees into new positions, titles and grades while simultaneously learning and training leaders on a new HRIS tool.

Created and led multiple successful engagement initiatives to assist with communications during change management resulting in retention of our highly skilled technical staff.
