PROCESS/PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE

Checking and recording the plant Log Sheet each day a variety of readings such as Oil and Gas Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Vibration, pumps and Compressors.

Attending regularly in routine checkups - of all Equipment and Units to ensure that they are functioning properly in accordance with standard operating procedure and conditions.

Execute DCS/Field Production Operations activities according to schedule / plan.

Contributed to preparation and implementation of Start-Up & Shut-down procedures, Isolations, Spading, Rescue plans, standards, and operating manuals and to coordinate/support execution of Start-Up & Shut-down activities by Asset Area Operations Teams and Contractors.

Ensure that all production assets are operated in a safe and efficient manner, in line with agreed plant operating philosophies, and in line with current Production Procedures and practices.

Log all relevant data relating to the production of Hydrocarbons - for entry into the Production Management System.

Take immediate corrective action to limited risk in plant equipment, Personnel and production during emergency.

Identify any fault and inform the concerned departments for remedial action.

Reporting of Equipment and Instrument Defects, Unwanted Noises and Leaks immediately to Shift Controller and take possible correct action.

COMMISSIONING/START-UP EXPERIANCE

Preparing punch list with reference to P&ID

P&ID markup and making loop file.

SAT and FAT inspection.

Nitrogen Insertion and Leak test.

Participate in HAZOP, JSA analysis organized by the process department for revamping and /or change of existing equipment skid with new one.

CERTIFICATIONS /COURSE:
