Between 05/1999 until my employment at Child and Family Services starting in 05/2016, I worked out of my home while caring for my youngest son who has a mild developmental delay and at that time had developed behavioral difficulties which required extended periods when he would be tutored at home. My son has since acquired the skills necessary to live independently and successfully in the community, giving me the ability to return to the workforce.
